Eclatprime work atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming, where our people have fun at work which helps them to be more creative, more productive, and get along better with team members.

At Eclatprime, we believe that if there is no fun, there is no life. While at work, we have a lot of fun as well. The Team outings and Dinners / Lunches are just a way of saying that we are together as a team. The little banters and leg-pulling to make someone smile adds to the fun. We have quarterly team get-togethers, the annual Day celebrations, Birthdays, and also the impromptu celebrations.

When it comes to fun, we do not compromise at all. Be it festivals, personal achievements, team achievements, client accolades or just about nothing, we just feel like having fun!!
