SERVICENOW ARCHITECT

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with our IT strategy and business objectives
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs pain points and desired outcomes.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and architectural blueprints for ServiceNow implementations
Design and develop scalable secure and performant ServiceNow solutions that meet enterprise needs
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications eg., CMDB CRM HRSD App Engine to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
Manage the ServiceNow platform lifecycle including upgrades migrations and security patching
Develop and implement best practices for ServiceNow configuration customization and development
Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers to ensure they adhere to coding standards and best practices
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features updates and security trends
Conduct regular reviews of the ServiceNow environment to identify improvement opportunities and ensure optimal performance
Develop and document ServiceNow architecture diagrams configuration details and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge transfer
Present complex technical solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Proven experience in enterprise architecture principles and methodologies
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities best practices and security considerations
Strong understanding of ITIL and other service management frameworks ITSM ITAM
Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications
Experience with scripting languages JavaScript Glide Script and APIs REST
Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
A proactive and results oriented approach
ServiceNow certifications CSA CSM HRSD highly desirable.
