The ministry’s previous process for conducting labour surveys relied on sending postcards with access codes—a method that was labor-intensive, insecure, and slow. The manual distribution and data entry led to high administrative overhead, security risks, and delayed response times for service requests. This inefficiency also resulted in a large number of open defects and poor user experience.
Eclantiqx implemented an online labour survey portal that automatically generated unique access links for each respondent. These links were distributed via email, and the system secured access with multi-factor authentication. Internal dashboards provided real-time insights into survey responses and allowed for quick resolution of any service requests submitted through the portal. Automated notifications and reporting further streamlined the process.
