This method led to issues with data validation, audit logging, and overall efficiency. The lack of digital integration meant that employees had to work with multiple disparate sources, resulting in delays and data integrity challenges.
Eclatprime delivered a digital platform that enabled external users—such as offices and hotels—to register and submit detailed mining applications. The system captured geographical data using ESRI and automatically routed the cases for departmental review. Integrated with SharePoint and content management systems, the solution generated PDFs of case information, maintained a detailed audit trail, and provided real-time dashboards to track the progress of each application.
