The system automatically created audit cases based on data uploaded by field representatives, routed cases to senior investigators for review, and finally to managers for final decision making. Additionally, the system generated necessary letters—such as member, prescribed, and findings letters—which were stored in a document management system. Automated email notifications and a comprehensive dashboard allowed for real-time monitoring of the audit process.
