The customs department previously managed legal proceedings manually, requiring system directors to create committees and assign lawsuits via email. This fragmented process led to delays in scheduling sittings and inconsistencies in tracking multiple lawsuits, resulting in significant manual overhead and reduced process efficiency.
Eclatprime designed an application that automated the entire legal proceeding workflow. When a lawsuit was submitted, the system automatically assigned it to a committee based on the selected port or city. Committees could post their available dates within the application, and if a plaintiff failed to select a sitting date within a set deadline, the system would auto-book a date. Integration with the Ministry of Interior ensured that all processes met regulatory standards, and comprehensive audit logs tracked all activities.
