When a loan application was received, the system checked customer availability (new or existing) and validated all necessary information. Underwriting was automated, documents uploaded by customers were validated in real time, and credit decisions were recorded automatically. The solution integrated with SAP systems to update loan account details and generate repayment schedules, followed by automatic contract letter generation and distribution.
