
The traditional manual intake of customer forms was extremely time consuming, often resulting in data mismatches and significant rework. These inefficiencies not only affected customer satisfaction but also burdened internal teams with repetitive tasks, leading to productivity pressures and higher operational costs.
Eclantiqx integrated a Pega-based central hub with RPA technology that automatically read and interpreted customer intake forms. The system created cases (QCases) for each new customer and then pushed these cases to the backend system for further processing. Pega robots validated the incoming customer data against the existing mainframe system through web service access, ensuring that any discrepancies were automatically corrected and that data accuracy was maintained.
