Managing childcare centres and handling government-aided subsidies was previously a manual, error-prone process. Inconsistent subsidy calculations, delays in data processing, and significant manual data entry led to inefficiencies that impacted both centres and the government. The absence of an automated system resulted in a lack of transparency and increased operational costs.
Eclatprime implemented a Centre Management Application on Pega 7.3 that automated the entire lifecycle of centre registration and subsidy administration. The solution integrated with various government systems to pull real-time data, automatically computed subsidy amounts based on predefined business rules, and dynamically generated login IDs for centre users. Automated email notifications and audit tracking ensured that all processes were fully documented and compliant with regulatory standards.
