Vendors previously relied on non-responsive web browsers to access the export/import booking system, leading to inefficiencies and delays. The inability to upload attachments or photos directly from mobile devices further hindered operational effectiveness. This resulted in a suboptimal user experience and slower processing times for stall bookings and related export/import activities.
Eclantiqx designed and developed a native mobile application that allowed vendors to register using unique registration IDs. The app featured an interactive floor plan visualization, enabling vendors to see available stalls and book slots directly from their mobile devices. Automated email notifications confirmed registrations and bookings instantly, while the responsive user interface ensured that all essential features were easily accessible on any device.
