Eclatprime developed a digital system where a new health insurance record was automatically created upon receiving an event from the Salesforce application. Once processed by a central business application, a unique organization ID was generated. For any required endorsements or subsequent tasks, the system dynamically created sub-cases that followed pre-defined workflows, ensuring that all updates were handled seamlessly. This end-to-end automation ensured that each step—from policy issuance to renewal—was tracked and executed without manual intervention.
