
Previously, the process for obtaining certification ratings was entirely manual. Establishments such as offices and hotels had to register via a government portal, and their applications were then manually validated by multiple internal departments. This fragmented process led to data mismatches, significant rework, and a loss of integrity, thereby diminishing stakeholder trust in the certification process.
Eclantiqx implemented a digital platform that automated data capture from the government portal and integrated seamlessly with internal systems. The solution performed real-time validations using multiple business rules and third-party data sources to compute a financial score. Once the rating was generated, the system automatically delivered the certification and rating to the requestor via email and SMS. Furthermore, it provided a mechanism for appeals if the rating was unsatisfactory.
